Sessions & Packages

Mountain Meadows Ranch Equestrian Center

offers many different packages for groups

and singles. The "Personal" sessions are

designed specifically to individual needs

and are the best value.

Which ever way you look at it, a trip to the

San Bernardino National Forest just doesn’t

seem complete without a one on one

interaction with a horse.

All trails are guided rides, available June through September.  It is important to make your reservation in advance as bookings quickly fill.  Our "personal" training sessions are all year round.  Students will learn from basic to advance horsemanship skills.

Each trail offers several different paths depending on the riding skills of our guests.  It is important to us that you enjoy your experience and to remain safe, so please be sure to let us know your riding level ~ all are welcome.

Ride times vary depending on weather conditions.  All horses, tack and safety helmets are provided.

Accommodation is available for weekend packages. Please ask for details and price list.

TRAILS

Serrano Trail

One Hour Trail

Meander along creeks and streams amongst spectacular wild flowers and hillside flora.  Let your mind take you back to the days when the Serrano Indians walked freely among the trails picking nuts and berries.

Bear Cove Trail

Two Hour Trail

After enjoying the Serrano Trail, continue riding along the Base Line and into the Mountains core.  The lush trails are inhabited by all kinds of wild life – blue jays, hawks, raccoons, deer, rattle snakes and yes… Bears.  Most animals leave the horses and their riders alone.  Should we come across a curious critter, your lead rider will be sure to bring your attention to it so that you can see it’s natural beauty in the wild without disturbing it.

Wilderness Trail

Four Hour Trail

Pack lunch, refreshments, camera and trail pack ~ lip salve, sun  block, tissues, whistle, poncho ~ are included.

A spectacular trail!

Continuing along from the Serrano Trail and Bear Cove Trail, the lead rider will take you through the deep wilderness of the National Forest.

Enjoy a gradual (and sometimes steep) climb to the open ridges of the Mountain top where the views are simply breathtaking!

On a clear day, not only can you enjoy a 360 degree view of the San Bernardino Valley and the Mohave Desert but also the sea and Santa Catalina Island!

There are several resting points along the trail.  Please be sure to tell us if you have any food preferences as lunch will be provided for.
